This industrial computer provides robust, reliable, and precise control over every aspect of the machine's operation. The PLC executes the complex sequence of the isobaric filling cycle for each valve, monitors sensors for bottle presence and pressure levels, controls motor speeds via variable frequency drives (VFDs) or servos, and manages all safety interlocks. The operator interacts with the machine through a color Human-Machine Interface (HMI) touchscreen, which provides intuitive access to set recipes (allowing quick changeovers between different products and bottle sizes), view real-time production data (speed, efficiency, output), and access diagnostic information and alarm histories. The PLC can also store data for traceability and output reports for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) analysis.
